Food that causes Inflammation:

Processed Foods that contain unhealthy fats, sugars, and additives can promote inflammation.

Sugary Foods and Beverages such as soda, candy, and pastries, can cause inflammation and may also contribute to chronic diseases.

Trans Fats that are found in many fried and processed foods can increase inflammation and the risk of heart disease.

Refined Carbohydrates such as white bread, white rice, and pasta, can cause spikes in blood sugar levels and contribute to inflammation.

Drinking too much alcohol can lead to inflammation in the body, particularly in the liver.

Consuming high amounts of red meat and processed meats like sausages and bacon has been linked to inflammation and an increased risk of certain diseases.

Some people may be sensitive to dairy products, particularly those containing lactose or casein, which can cause inflammation in the body.

Certain food additives, such as artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and flavor enhancers, may promote inflammation in some individuals.
